Short Films

Here are some of the short films I’ve made:

This is  a visual interpretation of Philip Larkin’s poem ‘Bridge For The Living’. It was commissioned by the Humber Mouth Literary Festival and features the voice of Sir Tom Courtenay. It was nominated for an award at the 2011 Hull International Short Film Festival.

Another Larkin poem featuring Tom Courtenay, this time of his poem ‘Here’. Produced for Larkin25. It was nominated for awards at the Holmfirth Film Festival, the Cambridge Strawberry Shorts Film Festival and for ‘Best Promo’ at the Royal Television Society Awards 2010.

Made for my mate Russ Litten to promote the release of his début novel ‘Scream If You Want To Go Faster‘. We had no budget for the film so we shot it on an iPhone. That’s Russ driving the car around. Contains lots of swearing – you have been warned!
